Remarks

This gently used, 2001 AC with 130 HP Honda outboard, has but 267 hours of experience, all but its first 60 hours in fresh water! It's located under a covered slip in Lake Murray - just outside of Columbia, SC. The amenities include: newly painted hull (Jade Mist Green) as well as fresh bottom painting; all through hull fittings replaced; new Marine stereo (Bluetooth enabled) and speakers, new commode in head; new carpeting inside and out. Of course it has the normal amenities of this unique trailerable houseboat - flybridge; Honda 3000 generator; air conditioner / heater; single burner electric stove, reefer and the dual axle trailer with new tires will be included. Reason for sale? I've lost my first mate due to a Total Knee Replacement that hasn't come around

The cushions are perfect, without tears or fading; the new hull paint will require little or no future maintenance (for example, waxing / polishing). The 4-stroke HONDA 130 HP starts immediately as does the HONDA 3000 generator. The twin axle Owens trailer has all new tires, put on about 3 years ago with less than 100 miles on them. The trailer has been stored in a warehouse with no sun exposure. We've kept up the AC for us to enjoy - and it's only because of my wife's total knee replacement - that we're looking to sell.
