Interior layout
2 staterooms, 2 heads, master head has stall shower. Main saloon with 2 sea berths, one opens out to a double bed. Table folds up against wall for lots of room.
Galley
Galley maid Propane oven/stove, 2 separate 12v refrigerator compartments with separate controls allowing for one to be a freezer, microwave, twin stainless steel sinks.
Electronic Equipment
New Raymarine radar and chartplotter in 2007. Also has Raymarine man over board system (life tag). New 19" flat screen TV in 2007 with DVD. New stereo with CD player with remote control and speakers in cockpit in 2008. VHF, Inverter, speed, depth and wind instruments. Robertson ap300 autopilot.
Electrical System
12,000 BTU Air conditioning, 1000 watt inverter/charger. 2 30 amp shore power connections. New hot water heater which is 120v and uses engine heat exchanger.
Other Equipment
Roll up avon dinghy with 6.0 hp outboard. 2 anchors, 1 a 60lb plow with 50 feet of chain other a fortress, bimini/dodger, manual windlass. Z-spar roller furling main, Harken roller furler with 135% geno recently re-conditioned and rated a 9 out of 10, Harken roller furler staysail.
Remarks
This is a great boat which was refit in 2007 for a trip to Bermuda. Returned to the states in May of 2008. Little use over the years makes the boat look brand new - has only 1400 hours on the engine. Surveyed in October 2007, bottom repainted with 2 coats in October 2008.
