Great Floating Condo! Needs Engine work, but has potential. Two Heads, two large staterooms!
This 51 Symbol has the potential to make a great cruiser. It is currently located in a slip and is being used as a comfortable liveaboard. The slip may be transferable with an approved marina application. Enjoy living on the water, for much less than a rental condo.
The current owner purchased the boat in its current condition over two years ago, it has been used as a floating condo. There are no service records for the boat. The port engine will require extensive repairs to get the running again. The oil pan rusted out and it was removed. The turbo was also removed. There is a new turbo and oil pan that need to be installed, then the engine can be checked for proper running condition.
The boat has not been moved for several years, so the bottom is fouled. Due to the condition of the boat, this boat is to be sold as is where it is. The boat will need to be towed away to one of the local boat yards in the area for repairs.
The boat has a large aft cabin with a large head. The salon is roomy with plenty of light. The galley is ample-sized, and the dining table is oversized. There is a forward stateroom with a private head and a separate shower room.
The boat has an aft cockpit, there is a large aft deck and a spacious bridge.
