This is a 1983 Atlantic City 21 Catboat. The boat was built by Mark-O Custom Boats. It's powered by a Yanmar 2GM20-93 diesel engine putting out 18.5 horsepower.

There is teak interior with cabin and cockpit cushions. Designed with a teak bow spirit, stainless steel roller and outfitted with anchor. The boat has two electric bilge pumps, the first with float switch, the second with vacuum. Also, two Guzzler manual bilge pumps.

The boat has two batteries, fuse panel and electrical power switch.

Extras include an ice chest and cooler and an Edson wheel with cover. Electronics onboard are 2 Ritchie compasses, ICom VHF M45 marine radio, AM/FM/CD marine stereo, GPS, Standard Horizon VHF, and depth sounder.

There is a porta-potty toilet with pump-out connected. The boat also has a full galley with sink, folding teak cabin table, pressurized cockpit shower, electric bilge pump and shore power.

It's a single-handed solo sailer. One sail with sheet and wheel helm.
