Recently installed manual toilet w/30 gallon holding tank, deck pump-out. Large teak framed mirror mounted on bulkhead, cabinet with shelves behind sink, storage under.

Recent improvements: Brand new Racor fuel filter (you’ll like this), Brand new toilet head, Brand new boom vang, Brand new deck lines and rigging. Exterior teak recently refurbished, interior teak in pristine condition.

Well maintained, clean, beamy, high quality boat. Stable sailer with fin keel and cast lead ballast, the most expensive and highest density available, allows placing the ballast lower in the keel for greater stability. Furling jib with 110% Genoa.
