This IP 26 is very clean and ready to sail! She has been well maintained by her past owners. She is rigged for single-handed sailing.

The Yanmar engine has been maintained and is clean with routine maintenance performed. The seller said she sails nicely and has seen 8 knots out of her.

Her decks are clean and appear in good condition. The 100w solar panel was just installed in July of 2021.

Down below is clean as well and free of odors. She sleeps five comfortably, the starboard settee is a Pullman to a double berth.
