Selling our 1977 25ft O'Day boat. It's been a great home for the last 10 years and has taken us along the ICW as we traveled North and South Carolina. It lost it's mast to Hurricane Florence and we never felt the need to replace it as the outboard has always gotten us where we wanted to go (plus, no stopping for bridges required). This is a great space that been fully remodeled on the inside. Perfect for a weekend getaway from the outside world, or even to live aboard. An easy interior to make your own. Slip is paid for through the end of the March and may be transferrable with approval of the Dock Master.
