The Broward shipyard designed and constructed this vessel in 1977. 1977 Broward CPMY is classified into motor yachts and fly bridge yachts.
Some renovations have started but then the seller's plans changed and the boat needs completion.
According to the seller, nearly everything is functional on this vessel and she is ready to cruise.
She will need bottom paint on the aluminum hull.
This is an excellent vessel with three full state rooms to the aft and two state rooms forward for crew. All three state rooms aft have en suite heads with full walk-in showers. One guest has a full bed. The other guest has two twins. Master has a queen bed.
The renovations include the salon, galley and guest and master staterooms and heads. You can see by the photos the renovations that have been made and they are beautiful.
