Refurbished by a master carpenter in 2012 The interior cabin now boasts completely redesigned screened square and openable portholes all around as well as varnished mahogany flooring, quartz countertops and white paint throughout. (all of the nasty 1970/80s style and decor has been removed and she looks like a classic and classy modern mini yacht) The new custom cushions which have never been used for sleeping were made custom in 2012 to fit the newly remade cabinwich

 

 

 

Brand New Outboard

The nicest Nordica/ Hallman on the market. After a $10,000 Dollar restoration in 2012, and very little use since 2014 this fully vessel is restored and modified for a more luxurious look and cabin with brand new port holes all around. We got rid of the hideous 1980s stile windows that do not open and replaced them with top of the line screened openable and lockable classic looking port holes. The boat looks much more like a Hallman than a due to the fact that the during restoration we re fiberglassed the cabin and elliminated the inoperable outdated looking windows that were original to the Nordica Design. The cabin was completely gutted and refitted to look more like a classic Herrishoff Cabin with Mahogany flooring and quartz countertops in the Galley, as well as a beautiful oval space decider that separates the sleeping quarters from the galley, all the upholstery has been made custom. She was moored in Narraganset Bay from 2012 to 2015 as much as we love her we just don't have the time to sail her anymore. Looking for a buyer that wants a pristine boat on a budget and will love and maintain her. Also included a almost never used 2015 Tehatsu Outboard with less than 5 hours on the clock.
