Along with a lot of impressive, original woodwork, one unique feature of this boat are the plexiglass windows throughout, which let in loads of natural light.

A few steps below, the salon has two berths/settees along with a classic navigation station/work desk and ample storage.

The bright and airy main cabin has a single berth as well as a dual entry head with marine toilet and shower.

Forward of the main cabin, the V-berth is currently used as a workshop/storage space but could possibly be converted into an additional cabin.

Per the owner, the Perkins is running and has only been used to go in and out of the marina. It sips fuel and uses about 1/4 gallon an hour.
