Remarks
Selling a 1975 SummerSet Houseboat with steelhull: Included in price is dock with electricity. This boat has been taken carefully care of by previous owners and ourselves. Have had the boat going on 4 yrs. Had new canvas enclosure put on in front for those cold nights, in 2010.All new bottom steel on hull and hull painted in 2010. Boat is 50 ft, including platform in back to keep a paddle boat or jet ski. Paddle boat included as well. Folding queen sofa in living room. Two bunk beds, and a master bedroom in back with queen size bed, boat sleeps 6. Berber carpet all thru the houseboat. Porch is carpetd with blue outdoor carpet, as well the sides and the back. Glass table on porch, includes 4 chairs, can seat 6, stays with the boat.
TV with DVD player, refrigerator, and a small refrigerator for extra drinks. Kitchen is equip with a stainless dbl sink, propane stove & oven. Microwave stays and toaster oven. Small kitchen table and 4 chairs. Bathroom with shower, and toilet, and vanity sink. Has a holding tank for fresh water & waste both about 40 gals. The boat is located at the Cedar Grove Marina in Tazewell on Norris Lake.
