This boat has a nicely laid out cabin with upper salon / helm, a full service galley with (4) burner gas stove with oven to starboard, a complete head with separate shower and storage locker to port. Aft of the Galley is a second salon with both sleeper futon and convertible dinette. Adjacent to the helm is entry way down to an extremely large forward cuddy and storage area. This 34ft Nautaline Houseboat is a 1972 Model but it has been extremely well maintained. There are no weak spots in any of the decks or walk ways other than a couple of very minor spider cracks on the bow this boat has absolutely no deck weakness or open seams that most of the boats of this vintage seem to have. In addition, the cabin has been re-done with wood paneling that makes it very appealing. We just had the toilet & holding tank replaced. Also we replaced the forward bilge pump and all fluids on the boat. There is a large storage container with several sizes of life vest that will remain with the boat and a 10ft by 10ft blow up trampoline that floats in the water that will also remain with the boat. On the inside of the boat there are two brand new futons that convert to a sleeper that will remain on the boat. All the windows are tinted very dark so that you can't see in and it helps to maintain a cool temp on the inside. All the rails have been painted a pretty powder blue as well as the outside of the boat. This boat is in GREAT condition and is ready for this boat season right now!!
