Interior layout
EAST HAMPTON, NY: She sleeps a total for five. V-berth in forward cabin sleeps two. In main cabin port dinette converts to double. There is a settee berth opposite the dinette and a quarter-berth aft to starboard. Interior joiner work is gloss varnished mahogany in good condition. The Nav Station is aft to starboard.
Galley
The Galley is aft to port and has a two burner gas stove, a large stainless steel lined, insulated ice box and stainless steel sink. The head is to port, forward of the main cabin with sink, toilet and holding tank. There are extensive cabinets, port and starboard, in the main cabin plus hanging locker opposite the head with more storage drawers.
Electronic Equipment
Standard Horizon VHS, Coax and Metz antenna, '96 Navico Corus 300 Auto Pilot, standard Horizon 45 Depth Finder, AM/FM with good cased speakers.
Electrical System
Running lights, spreader lights, four position battery switch, bilge blower, cabin lights, masthead tri-color, Nicro day and night solar vent, West Marine low battery alarm, West Marine battery combiner.
Other Equipment
Sails are in good working order: Genoa, Storm Jib, and Main.
