Interior layout
Galley at foot of companionway - Fridge/freezer to port and sink stove to starboard. Main cabin with dining and two settees makes up as double berth with TV and lots of strorage. Head to port, well vented tank and NO ODOUR with wet locker. Two hanging lockers to starboard. Vee berth makes up as two singles or a pullman double to port with large dresser to starboard.
Galley
Wallas Diesel stove. Large custom fridge/freezer with 6" insulation on all sides and VIPS on top and bottom and recent new compressor. Sink with teak cover to use as work space.
Electronic Equipment
VHF with new LMR-40 cable up mast. Wind, depth and speed with Gill ultrasonic transduce at masthead. Garmin chartplotter. TV, stereo. Furuno Radar. Brookehouse multiplexer to feed all NMEA 0183 data to WiFi for reception on iPads.
Electrical System
Brand new 210 Ah house bank, BlueSea ACR and panel for 12 and 120volt. grasser external regulator on 110Amp Volvo alternator.
Other Equipment
Electric Windlass, Bowthruster, Cape Horn Windvane. Fullly battened triple reef main. Asymmetrical Spinnaker with pole on face of mast and ATN spinnaker sock. Two 130% genoas can be flow as twins downwind. 90% blade jib and stom jib to fly on removeable inner forestay (solent rig)
Remarks
This boat was fully refitted in 2010 with new Volvo-Pent D2-40 engine, new mast spars and vang, new mainsail and running rigging, new teak decks (still like new today), bow thruster windlass, electrics and much more.
