V Birth dinnett (2 tabel sizes) that seats 6 converts to queen bed. Queen aft bed. 3 shelves for storage. Bath w/ new porcelon head and lines. mirror and vanity space. Marine AC compartment under vanity. Mirror and clothing/trash hooks. Lots of room and all fabric in perfect codition.
Galley
Built in Microwave, Norcold fridge & Single electric/alcohol stove. Sink w/hot & cold water. 2 large cabnets for dry food storage. Deep cuddy behind sink. Coffee maker.
Linen privacy curtains. Desiner commercial fabric.

New GPS w/depth & fish finder, Extreme Heater $345.00 last Oct. NEW spotlight, bow lights, quick release anchor, new Bayliner cabin lock.
Electrical System
Electrical panel by galley. All work. Can add generator (electric wiring already in engine compartment for one. We use dock power unless we go for a ride or drop anchor.
Marine AC is central air, gets ice cold, very little electicity used.
Other Equipment
Auto Trim Tabs, Ship to Shore radio, Transom shower hot/cold, new water pump last summer. new water holding tank (last week).
No Trailor, always on lake lanier.
Flat screen LED TV & DVD can stay extra $300.

Remarks
Rebuilt engine 04, detailed receipt. Last June bottom sanded and 2 coats of the top of the line blue paint. New boot, oil change, outboard serviced, detailed receipts.
New exterior snap down custom carpet $600 last August. New bow snap down bathing pad $400. New Bimini and back curtain from Bayliner $1275 last fall.Reverse lounger.

Everyone comments how clean our boat is and how our boat has all the bells and whistles, comforts of their 50-80k boats on our dock. We are in a 30 ft covered slip so we can keep our sea doos close.
Lease is up June 30th. Marina on North end of Lake Lanier. Dock near restraunt & bathhouse. Husband just approved for long term social security after a bad back surgery while working for Sienens. Can't enjoy boat. We may go to Houseboat once his back is better.
