Interior layout

Sleeps six with one stateroom forward. Owner's stateroom forward with vee berth and filler for double bed. Opening hatch overhead, open shelves outboard, two storage lockers and drawers port & Stbd. A large hanging locker is aft to port, opposite the enclosed Head Compartment. Head with vanity and sink, hot & cold pressure water, hand held shower with sump pump. Marine toilet, holding tank with deck and overboard discharge pump. The main salon has a U-shaped dinette to stbd. that converts to bunk, centerline table with drop leafs for dinning the entire crew, settee/singe berth to port. There are storage shelves & lockers outboard of the settees. The open U-shaped galley is aft to port with dbl. stainless steel sinks, Hot & Cold pressure water, stainless steel, gimballed, two burner propane stove and oven, large molded ice chest. Storage is provided outboard of counters and below. The the lift top navigation table is aft to stbd. with ships power panels mounted outboard. A large open quarter berth is aft that will sleep two. The Cal 33 has a unique engine box arrangement under the companionway ladder. Removal of the molded box makes for unlimited access to the fresh water cooled Diesel. Standing headroom throughout, interior upholstery is dark blue cloth with white fleck. Interior finish is oiled Teak with Ash trim and hull ceilings, varnished Teak and Holly floor.

This Fresh Water Clean Well Cared for Cal 33 is being Offered for Sale by her Second Owners. The Cal 33 is a unique blend of performance and comfort. This well maintained example is ready to sail. The Cal 33 has a wide open feeling below with two double berths located at opposite ends of the boat. The aft double berth is open to the main salon with a curtain providing privacy while opening ports in the hull and cockpit allow air to circulate. Forward is a double cabin, large v-berth with plenty of foot and shoulder room, there are drawers, alcoves and shelves plus storage under the berth. To starboard of the passageway leading from the forward cabin to the main salon is a large head compartment with shower. Opposite is a hanging locker.
