Remarks
I bought this boat and have basically rebuilt it over 10 years. The hull shines, the deck is in great shape, and the inboard diesel runs fast and steady. Being a shoal keel it can anchor in shallow water for convenience of swimming. The main sail is two years old, and the jib is new this year. The jib is on a roller furler, and the main sail cover is new this year. The forestay and backstay are new this year as are most of the lines. The cockpit is wide and large enough to seat four or five people, especially since there is a tiller and not a wheel. This boat has a large solid hull with both width and height to allow for sailing into Lake Erie or other challenging bodies of water. I use this boat often but recently found a larger boat and I've decided to move up in size. Someone is getting a very nice sail worthy boat.
